MAX 2 BTL / CUSTOMER From the mentee of Pat Desplats & Thierry Beclair, this is Houas Boukella's second vintage on his own with some of Thierry's fruit & grapes planted at his wife's family's farm, all located in Rochefort-sur-Loire in Anjou. 'Fleurette' is primarily Sauvignon Blanc & Chenin with small amounts of Grolleau Gris & Chardonnay that co-macerate and spontaneously ferment in fiberglass this vintage prior to 1 year élevage. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
