MAGNUM, MAX 1 BTL / CUSTOMER From the mentee of Pat Desplats & Thierry Beclair, this is Houas Boukella's maiden vintage on his own with some of Thierry's fruit & grapes planted at his wife's family's farm, all located in Rochefort-sur-Loire in Anjou. 'Iskar' is composed of 100% Chardonnay that macerates for 10-days in buried amphora prior to racking to fiberglass. Spontaneous fermentation. Élevage in fiberglass for 6-9 months prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12%ABV
