The Details
100% Chardonnay with a base vintage of 2017. Grapes are hand-harvested from 40+ year-old vines planted in heavy clay and chalky soils. Directly pressed and spontaneously fermented and aged for at least 4 years in neutral barrel before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. Disgorged in 2023.
