The Details
Riesling, Sauv Blanc, Muller Thurgau and a touch of macerated Muscat from organically farmed vines in the Mosel. Grapes are hand-harvested and each ferment in separately in steel before a short élevage in both steel and neutral barrel. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11.5% ABV
