The Details

100% Regent (hybrid grape of Chambourcin x Diana) from the Mosel biodynamically cultivated. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for a short period of time before pressing. Bottled just under brix levels that would equal a pét-nat it is somewhere between a 'still' wine and 'frizzante' in carbonation. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 10% ABV
