The Details

Juhfark, Furmint and Hárslevelű from biodynamically cultivated vines in Somloi on volcanic soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed, spontaneously ferment and age in stainless steel before bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
