The Details

From the Douro, this is Viosinho & Orinto, biodynamically cultivated at 600 meters elevation from a single-vineyard. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed, and spontaneously ferment and age in concrete vat for 18 months prior to bottling unfined, coarsely filtered, and minimal added SO2.
