The Details

From the western plot Clos Fonte do Santo in the Douro, from 20 year-old biodynamically cultivated vines, this is equal parts Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, & Touriga Franca. Grapes are hand-harvested and semi-carbonically macerated prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in inox tank before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11% ABV
