The Details

100% Chenin Blanc from organically grown vines in clay/limestone soils near Saint Aubin de Luigné in the western Loire near Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment and age for 12-15 months in neutral oak barrel prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11% ABV
