100% Muscat d'Alsace, macerated in whole bunches for between 10-20 days, which with great success, eliminates the excess of the variety (the sweetness and ostentatious fruit), leaving only the musical joy and aromatic beauty. A delicate perfumed nose, with well-balanced acidity and elegance on the palate. 

Quiet and modest, the stealth natty secret of Alsace...Jean-Marc Dreyer is the biodynamic Sufjan Stevens circa 2007, ready to bring you to tears and take you to places you've never been before. Singular, electric wines, Jean-Marc's style is always present in his work, particularly his macerated whites and ethereal Pinot Noirs. Through prolonged maceration, Jean-Marc minimizes the risk of oxidation and defaults, thereby paving the way for zero sulfur beauties with breadth of flavor and longevity. We are so pleased to be able to share these wines with you for the first time in NYC.
