The Details
100% biodynamically cultivated Gamay from Vaux en Beaujolais on a north facing 1500ft elevation slope on clay/limestone and blue granite. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-bunch macerate for 3 months in concrete before the free run juice is bled off and aged in concrete for 6 months before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 10% ABV
