100% Gamay from biodynamically cultivated vines in Vaux en Beaujolais on limestone/clay with some blue granitic soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, carbonically macerate for 6 days in tank before ~1 year élevage in enameled steel. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11.5% ABV
