The Details

100% Chenin Blanc from three small parcels of old vines planted over pure schistous soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed, and the juice spontaneously ferments in neutral barrel, followed by a 10 month élevage. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5% ABV
