About the wine

This is a gorgeous, light-bodied, summer red from a young winemaker working with youngish vines - this bottling a blend of ~35 year-old vines located in the Gard department of southern France. Serve chilled. 

Vinification: A blend of 90% Cinsualt & 10% Grenache hand-harvested from ~35 year-old vines grown on a polycultural farm (honey, sheep, olive oil). Spontaneous fermentation takes place (ambient yeasts; no temp. control) before a short élevage (6-9months). Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with minimal additional SO2.
