The Details

100% old-vine (60+ years-old), biodynamically cultivated Gamay from a single-parcel in Chiroubles at 600m elevation, granitic quartzite soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, carbonically macerate in concrete tank prior to pressing and a 9 month élevage in neutral oak. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13% ABV
