The Details
100% Gamay from a blend of plots including one from the famed Jules Chauvet & another from 80 year-old vines biodynamically cultivated outside his father's home. Grapes are hand-harvested and carbonically macerate in concrete tank. Pressed and aged in neutral oak for up to a year. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13% ABV
