100% Gamay from old-vines biodynamically cultivated in Chiroubles granitic quartzite soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, carbonically macerate in concrete tank. Wien is pressed to neutral oak for a 9 month élevage. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13% ABV
