The Details
One of Julian Haarts cleanest, most purely satisfying cuvées. Named for Stephen of VomBoden's desire to buy an entire "foder" of this Riesling (a foder is a 1000L barrel), this is the entry level wine, but completely divine. Haart trained under legends Egon Müller and Klaus Keller, but now tends to a small holding of vines, entirely by hand and without a deep respect for the terroir of the Mosel.
