The Details

100% Pinot Noir from young vines planted to a single parcel less than a hectare in Chavagnes-les-Eaux in Anjou. Grapes are organically tended and hand-harvested prior to a whole-cluster 2-week maceration in fiberglass. Pressed and transferred to barrel. The wine is regularly topped up with bits of Grolleau. 1 year élevage before bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
