The Details

100% Chenin Blanc from organically cultivated 40+ year-old vines planted to iron-rich soils in Côteaux du Loir, Anjou. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed to fiberglass for spontaneous fermentation and élevage of 9-12 months before bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2 (<15ppm).
