Sparkling! 85% Chardonnay, 15% Rumeni Plavec from organically cultivated vines in Lower Styria of northern Slovenia. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment and age in neutral oak prior to bottling with fresh must. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
