This is a (store favorite every year) sunny and vivacious white blend from Julien Albertus of Kumpf et Meyer who works sixteen hectares of biodynamic vines in Rosheim, located in the northern reaches of Alsace (northeastern France).

Tasting Notes: Driven by fruit but not sweet in the slightest, the wine is carried by  its beautiful delicacy both in the range of its primary aromatics and its silken texture. Acid that balances the wine as it sings. A vin de soif for all occasions.

Vinification: Sylvaner and Auxerrois blend.
