The Details
An easy-drinking New Zealand red wine from Yuki Nakano who is working around Nelson, the picturesque northern tip of New Zealand's South Island. Best served chilled, showcasing vibrant berry notes, subtle hints of spice, and a velvety-smooth, refreshing finish.
100% Pinot Noir (75% clone 115, 25% clone 667), destemmed, crushed, one-month maceration and spontaneous fermentation. The wine is raised in clay amphora for 9 months. Zero/Zero.
