From Yuki Nakano who is working around Nelson on the picturesque northern tip of New Zealand's South Island.

95% Pinot Noir, 5% Riesling -- 80% of the resulting wine is whole-bunch pressed and co-fermented in stainless steel. 10% undergo carbonic maceration. 10% undergo a 10-day maceration. Zero/Zero.
