About the wine
The grapes are hand-harvested and pressed in whole bunches. The majority of the fermentation process takes place in old oak barrels, while approximately 10% is fermented in steel. The wine is aged for 10 months in old oak barrels. It is not fined or filtered, and a small amount of SO2 is added during bottling.
