The Details
100% young-vine Pineau d'Aunis in the black schist soils of Anjou in the western Loire Valley. The grapes spontaneously ferment whole-cluster in fiberglass. The wine is a blend of free run and pressed juices. 6 months in fiberglass maturation prior to being bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
