The Details
100% Chenin Blanc from biodynamically cultivated vines aged 15-80 years-old in Anjou Noir of the western Loire. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously fermented in tank prior to secondary fermentation in bottle a la methode champenoise. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
