About the wine
100% Chenin Blanc from younger vines planted in the choice parcel of the domaine, the eponymous Roche de Murs, pure schistous soil no topsoil with some quartzite bedrock. Hand-harvested in 2 passes, spontaneous fermentation and élevage in a variety of neutral wooden vessels for 1-2 years before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.1%ABV
