The Details

Tête-de-Cuvée White from La Grange aux Belles. 100% Chenin Blanc from younger vines on nearly pure black schistous soils with tiny bits of quartz. Grapes are hand-harvested in 2 passes and spontaneously ferment and age for 12-18 months all in neutral barrel of varying sizes. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
