100% Chenin Blanc from young vines biodynamically cultivated in Anjou Noir of the western Loire Valley. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment in a variety of neutral wooden vessels for at least 12 months prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 11.5%ABV
