In Côteaux du Layon, this is 100% organically cultivated Chenin Blanc from sandy clay soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment and age for up to 12 months in fiberglass vat. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13.5% ABV
