The Details
100% Chenin Blanc from organically cultivated vines in Anjou of the western Loire Valley. Grapes are hand-harvested from vines of various ages (some young some older than 30 years) cultivated in clay/sandy soils, directly pressed, spontaneously fermented and aged in tank prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
