The Details
Cinsault & Carignan from Preston Vineyards in Dry Creek, Sonoma. Organically farmed bush vines from 85 year-old and 45 year-old vines. Hand-harvested, foot-stomped, spontaneously fermented whole-bunch, pressed and aged one year in neutral barrel, and an additional year in bottle prior to release. Zero/zero.
