Wine arrives 11/26

100% Aligoté from organically cultivated vines in Ladoix and the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment for 12-14 months sur lie in foudre, amphora, and neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, coarsely filtered and minimal (<25ppm) added SO2.
