Wine arrives 11/26

100% Chardonnay from 20ish year-old vines in Nantoux. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment and age for 9-10 months in mainly neutral barrel. Aged an additional 2 months in tank before bottling unfined, coarsely filtered, and minimal (<25ppm) added SO2.
