The Details
Côt/Gamay from Nathalie Heredia at the famed Le Briseau. Grapes are hand-harvested from biodynamically cultivated 50-70 year-old vines. Semi-carbonic maceration after foot-trodding takes place over 1-3 weeks before pressing and aging for 1 year in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<20ppm) added SO2.
