The Details

Biodynamically cultivated old-vine Carignan & Muscat in the Roussillon. Grapes are hand-harvested, co-macerate/spontaneously ferment and age thereafter (after pressing) for 15 months all in amphora. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11.5% ABV
