100% biodynamically cultivated Muscat d'Alexandrie from the Roussillon. Grapes are hand-harvested, half are destemmed, half whole-bunch, co-maceration (extended - many months) in stainless steel before pressing and aging 1 year also in steel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 15% ABV
