The Details
100% Chardonnay from the biodynamically farmed vines at La Monatine, a vineyard which is at the base of the village of Meursault. Grapes are hand-harvested and directly pressed to 600L neutral oak barrel where it then rests thereafter for a 26 month élevage before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
