The Details

100% Pinot Noir from old vines farmed in the Les Seurrets lieu dit on the plain below Pommard. Hand-harvested, the grapes spontaneously ferment whole-cluster in concrete tank prior to pressing and a 12 month élevage in large neutral vat. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (10ppm) added SO2. 13% ABV
