The Details

From Boca in alto-piemonte, this is an old-school field-blended co-ferment according to the ancient Maggiorina vine-training system developed in alto-piemonte several centuries ago. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in neutral vessel prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<35ppm) added SO2.
