The Details
50% Grenache, 14% Syrah, 12% Alicante, 12% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon from Axel Prüfer in the Orb Valley of Southern France. Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified as follows: 8-day maceration for the Grenache, 10-day maceration for the Syrah, direct pressing for the Alicante, Merlot, & Cabernet Sauvignon. Spontaneous fermentation, short élevage prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13%ABV
