Perennially the lightest of Axel Prüfer's wines, this is the artist formerly known as his Brutal. First picking of Cinsault, 1-day carbonic spontaneous fermentation prior to pressing and passing juice thru the pomace of Grenache. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 10.2%ABV
