The Details
A quite rare and superb wine, this is the sole Blanc from Michel Georget's difficult 2020 vintage in the Roussillon. Macabeu/Grenache Gris/Grenache Noir all directly pressed and spontaneously fermented and aged in a single 250L stoneware egg. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
