The Details

100% Muscat from biodynamically cultivated vines in the Roussillon courtesy of longtime natural trailblazer Michel Georget. Grapes are hand-harvested, a portion macerates on the skins for a short period of time while the rest are directly pressed. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in neutral vessel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
