The Details

100% Cabernet Franc from an 80 year-old parcel. Half destemmed half in whole-bunch, the grapes macerate in an open top tank outside the cellar for 2 weeks prior to one of Romain's famously long, slow presses. Élevage for 6 months in neutral barrel. Zero/zero.
