About the wine

Grolleau Noir and Gamay Chaudenay (a teinturier grape aka red juice/red flesh). Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented whole bunch using wild yeasts. The juice rests in tank for 5 months and is then racked into used barrels and finally bottled unfined, unfiltered with no SO2.
