About the wine
The Producer: Lelarge-Pugeot
Their 8.7 hectares of vineyards mainly feature Pinot Meunier, facing northward to mitigate the impact of global warming. Remarkably, they now produce red wines, a first in Champagne history. The domaine, certified organic since 2014 and biodynamic since 2017 by Demeter, encompasses 42 distinct parcels with Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay vines flourishing at elevations of 400 ft.
Lelarge-Pugeot's wines exude vibrancy and excitement, highlighted by their Nature et Non Dosé cuvée, a sulfur-free and dosage-free expression of their electric craftsmanship. Truly remarkable fizz all around.
