The Details
65% Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay. This introductory champagne features a meunier-dominant blend to emphasize the strength and finesse of the foremost grape, the neglected pinot meunier. This cuvée is the epitome of grower's champagne, which expertly combines the mineral-rich earth with the fine fragrances from a combination of 30 plots within Vrigny. A precise depiction of the Vrigny terroir.
It was aged for 6 months in stainless steel before bottling and aged 3 years on the lees in the bottle.
