The Details

100% biodynamically cultivated Carignan from the Languedoc. Grapes are hand-harvested and semi-carbonically macerate in fiberglass for 1 week before pressing. Élevage for 6 months also in fiberglass before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
